Venue Parking

Parking at the Murat Theatre

Parking at the Old National Centre (Murat Theatre) must be paid upon entry. The parking rate is $10.00 before 4:00 pm and $20.00 after 4:00 pm.

Since parking spaces at the venue are limited, we recommend using Uber, Lyft, or taxi.

  • Main lot: Directly in front of the marquee; enter off of Alabama Street
  • North lot: Corner of North Street and New Jersey Street; enter off of North Street

Additional Parking Lots

Additional parking is located within walking distance of the theatre, including the 501 North New Jersey Street parking lot and the Zion Evangelical Church parking lot.

Please bring cash as many overflow parking lots take cash only. To avoid additional parking charges, confirm if your hotel’s parking garage allows for in-out privileges before driving to the theatre.

ADA Accessible Entrance and Designated Parking

The main entrance is ADA accessible and located under the Murat Theatre at Old National Centre marquee. The main entrance and main lot are accessed from Alabama Street on the west side of the venue.

Accessible parking is located directly to the right of the marquee.

NOTES AND CONDITIONS

Booking Travel to Graduation: It is recommended that graduates and guests refrain from booking travel accommodations until after the ceremony registration opens.

Commencement: Commencement times will be determined after the participation deadline. In-person commencement may be canceled at any time based on Center for Disease Control (CDC) or local government guidelines regarding COVID-19. If the in-person commencement is canceled, to ensure the safety and health of attendees, the commencement will be virtual, and all registered graduates will be notified. In the event of a schedule change or cancellation, Purdue Global is not responsible for reimbursing travel costs or other expenses associated with commencement. Participants and attendees assume all financial and health risks associated with attending commencement. Purdue Global commencement attendees must abide by all COVID-19 guidelines as outlined by the University, venue, local government, and CDC including wearing a face covering, practicing social distancing, and possible screening prior to entry in the building, including but not limited to temperature checks.
