Super Bowl Sunday is known for being the second-highest calorie intake day of the year, right after Thanksgiving — Americans consume an average of 14 million pizzas and 1.4 billion chicken wings. Super Bowl snack foods are typically high in saturated fat, sodium and calories, and viewers tend to increase food intake while watching the game.

In this video, Hassan talks about the keys to making healthy choices when eating during the game. She provides some healthy snack options, best practices and tips for avoiding bad habits while still allowing you to enjoy yourself.
