Purdue Global scores high in EdSights’ Student Voice Score survey

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Purdue Global achieved the No. 4 spot on EdSights’ 2026 Student Voice Score Honors List for four-year public institutions, the school’s highest ranking on the survey to date.
EdSights surveyed 125,000 students across 257 higher education institutions in the spring of 2026 on topics related to student satisfaction and perceptions of their institutions. Purdue Global had 3,579 undergraduate students respond to the survey, with 80% of them agreeing that Purdue Global’s student success strategies are working and that they feel valued, connected and supported in the online learning community. All of Purdue Global’s bachelor’s degree students have access to tools on the EdSights platform.
Purdue Global scored high in the categories of flexibility, quality of education and supportive environment, leading to an overall increase of 6 percentage points.
“Purdue Global’s exceptional Student Voice Score is a reflection of something we’ve experienced firsthand through our partnership: an unwavering commitment to the student experience,” said Carolina Recchi, EdSights co-founder. “Behind these results is a team that is deeply student-centered, relentlessly focused on quality and genuinely committed to helping every learner succeed. It is rare to work with an institution where that commitment is so consistently reflected in both leadership and staff. We are honored to partner with Purdue Global and to support such an extraordinary team.”
In the upcoming year, Purdue Global’s student success team will launch the EdSights Admit platform to support learners who have completed their application for select bachelor’s degree programs but have not yet enrolled or registered for classes. EdSights Admit provides tailored support and guidance to students throughout the registration process, while providing staff updated insights on the students’ journeys.
“Our mission has always been to extend our land-grant heritage to working adult learners by providing unparalleled flexibility and support,” said Sara Sander, senior vice provost for student success. “EdSights has given us an active, research-backed listening layer that goes far beyond transaction, creating a safe space for our students as they balance family, work and academics.”
Several key initiatives helped Purdue Global increase its score, including providing student success coaches with case management tools, resources and platforms to identify students who most needed support, catching barriers before they escalated into academic issues. The case management tools helped Purdue Global dramatically scale outreach to undergraduate students. Through student feedback, Purdue Global identified systemic barriers and institutional practices that impacted student success, which were shared with leaders, faculty and staff across the university.
“Our high score was driven by a coordinated effort across several key student success areas spanning strategic initiatives, success coaches, faculty, advising, data and analytics, assessment, and research and leadership,” said Kristin Early, associate vice provost for student success. “It is incredibly rewarding for the entire team to see our coordinated hard work paying off so clearly.”
