- How do I reset my user name and password?

- Does Purdue Global offer credit for military training?
We recognize the value of military training and work experience, and offer college-level credit for ACE-evaluated military training and CLEP and DANTES examinations. While completing your application, you'll have an opportunity to indicate whether you have prior military training. Please see the University Catalog for the Prior Learning Assessment policy.
- Does Purdue Global offer reduced tuition rates for military members?
Purdue Global has significantly reduced many of our tuition rates for servicemembers, including Guard and Reserve, veterans, and military spouses. Servicemembers may receive up to a 55%* tuition reduction and veterans up to a 38% reduction. Military spouses receive a 10% reduction (the 10% reduction for military spouses is not available for programs in which a Tuition Cap program is offered).
*Tuition reduction percentages based on standard tuition rates and do not represent the reduction from special tuition offers such as Tuition Cap programs.
- How long does it take to complete the application?
Approximately 20 minutes.
- What documents do I need to complete the application?
No documents are needed to complete the application. However, you may be required to submit documents for enrollment (e.g. transcripts, FAFSA, etc.).
- Can I save my application?
Yes, you can save your progress by clicking the “Save and Continue” button located at the bottom of each page. Only pages that have been completed in full can be saved. When you are ready to come back to your saved application, use your user name and password to log back in and make updates.
- I'm not 18 yet; can I still enroll?
Yes, students 17 and younger can enroll at Purdue University Global. However, both you and your parent/guardian will be required to sign your enrollment agreement.
- I've completed my application and have signed the enrollment agreement. What’s next?
Your Admissions Advisor will be notified once you have completed and signed your enrollment agreement and will reach out to walk you through the next steps. You can contact your Admissions Advisor with questions at any point in the process.
