Dr. Rebecca Zolotor
Dr. Rebecca Zolotor has served as associate dean in the School of Health Sciences since 2010 where her responsibilities include overseeing the academic department chairs, refining, developing, and implementing strategic goals and program development, revision, review and accreditation.
Prior to becoming the associate dean, Dr. Zolotor served Purdue Global (formerly Kaplan University) in the capacity of an academic department chair and worked as a department head for a private international university. Her teaching experience ranges from high school to graduate students in traditional and online settings, both nationally and abroad. Her professional experience encompasses bench research at a pharmaceutical company, research institute, and university as well as the coordination of a multimillion-dollar research trial. Dr. Zolotor has practiced pharmacy in various settings including hospitals, national retail chains, small independent pharmacies, and insurance companies. She serves as a textbook and multi-media reviewer for several major publishing companies, and is a peer corps reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission.
She is a registered pharmacist in the state of Florida and holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Nova Southeastern University, Master of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University.
