Ms. Michelle Reinhardt currently serves as a full-time instructor in the School of Business and Information Technology at Purdue Global (formerly Kaplan University). Ms. Reinhardt has worked in higher education since 1988 and is firmly dedicated to providing her students with an outstanding educational experience. Prior to accepting a full-time position with the University in 2003, Ms. Reinhardt served as an instructor in the Department of Modern Languages at Western State College in Gunnision, Colorado, and as an online instructor and faculty trainer for Colorado Community Colleges Online.
In 2010, Ms. Reinhardt presented a paper entitled, "The Use of Deep Learning Strategies in Online Business Courses to Impact Student Retention" at the International Business and Economic Research conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The paper was subsequently published in The American Journal of Business Education. She also published a paper entitled "Electronic Media: A Motivational Strategy for Student Success" in the Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration.
Ms. Reinhardt resides in Gunnison, Colorado, with her husband and three sons. She has a passion for the outdoors, enjoying skiing, hiking, rafting, and fishing when she is not researching or focusing on student success.
