Kimberly Gehrke, PhD
Dr. Kimberly Walters began teaching at Purdue Global (formerly Kaplan University) in 2005 and is currently a full-time human resources management faculty member in the School of Business and Information Technology. Prior to joining the University, Dr. Walters worked for a wide range of organizations, including a small consulting firm, large global organizations, and state and county governments. Her experience includes leading teams in global organizational development, assessment, and measurement at a former “Big 5” consulting firm. Dr. Walters is currently developing material for publication on the influence of video on factors such as motivation, satisfaction, self-efficacy, and engagement.
Dr. Walters resides in the Chicago area.
